Additionally, we collaborated closely on the launch of their new product, SendRoll, which automates personalized email campaigns based on user behavior. By refining the UX and messaging, we ensured that the interface is intuitive, scalable, and delivers outstanding results through key features like automated email triggers for cart abandonment and personalized recommendations

SCOPE

The AdRoll website project focused on creating a sleek, modern UI that aligned with their branding while driving user engagement and conversion. We also collaborated on launching their new product, SendRoll, an automated email campaign tool designed to enhance personalized user interactions.

CHALLENGE

One of the key challenges was ensuring the UI was both visually appealing and functional. We had to balance creative hero designs with practical user flows, and refine the UX to ensure the interface was scalable and intuitive for both existing users and those engaging with SendRoll.

APPROACH

Through multiple rounds of testing, we experimented with different hero designs to find the most effective solution for capturing user attention. We also focused on refining the UX for SendRoll, optimizing messaging and key features like automated email triggers for cart abandonment and personalized recommendations.

STEP 1:

For AdRoll’s new website UI project, we began by thoroughly analyzing the existing site and identifying areas for improvement. Our goal was to create a sleek, modern interface that would enhance user engagement and conversion, while staying true to AdRoll’s established brand identity. We started by laying out the foundational elements, such as navigation and layout, ensuring they were user-friendly and optimized for conversion. A key aspect was making the UI scalable, so we designed it to easily accommodate new features and products, including the upcoming launch of SendRoll.

STEP 2:

Next, we focused on designing the hero section, which serves as the first point of interaction for users. Through multiple rounds of A/B testing, we experimented with different hero designs, layouts, and messaging to find the most engaging approach. Our aim was to draw users in immediately and provide clear pathways to key areas of the site, such as product information and calls to action. We paid particular attention to balancing aesthetics with functionality, ensuring that the hero design was visually striking without compromising the user flow.

STEP 3:

Simultaneously, we collaborated closely with AdRoll’s team on the launch of their new product, SendRoll, which automates personalized email campaigns based on user behavior. We integrated SendRoll into the overall website design, ensuring a seamless user experience that aligned with AdRoll’s broader branding and goals.
