NEO4J BRAND REFRESH
During my time at Neo4j, I led a transformative brand refresh entirely from home due to the global pandemic. This project was built on a deep understanding of our customers, including NASA and the ICIJ, and their trust in Neo4j’s graph database technology. By gathering insights from every corner of the company, we identified the need for a brand evolution rather than a full rebrand, ensuring we preserved the goodwill of our thriving community. From redesigning the logo to incorporating the essence of "connectedness," I worked closely with a diverse team to create a brand that reflects Neo4j's leadership and future growth.
MATILLION BRAND REFRESH
As Senior Creative Director at Matillion, I led a full-scale brand overhaul that included designing a new logo, brand identity, and website. I built a high-performing creative team from the ground up and successfully managed external contractors and agencies to deliver exceptional results. Through a streamlined design process and continuous A/B testing, we significantly improved key metrics—doubling CTR, quadrupling organic social engagement, and increasing video views by 10x, all while achieving a remarkable boost in demand video conversions.
MESOSPHERE - D2iQ REBRAND
At D2iQ, I led a rapid 90-day rebrand for the Andreessen Horowitz-backed startup, working closely with the agency MUCHO. The project included a complete overhaul of the brand identity, building a new website from the ground up on CMS, and producing both live-action and animated videos. Managing a cross-functional team of internal designers, as well as external cinematographers, animators, and agencies, we successfully launched the new brand, driving a 215% increase in SALs and boosting marketing-sourced revenue by 78%.
